Drive train Waste gate malfuction

I flashed to stage 2 91 today on BM3 and drove for awhile but wasn't driving hard and the drivetrain malfunction came on. I used the app to read code and it shows wastegate short circuit. I tried clearing the code with the app but it won't let me.

I plan to flash back to stock/lock DME and take it to BMW and hopefully the fix it for me.

BMW is currently replacing my wastegate after they did some test to realize it needs to be replaced. I dont know how it got bad so fast. Perhaps from all the aggressive burbling at aggression 10??

you should also state how many miles you have on the car as reference

Car has 33k miles. I asked is that too soon for wastegate to go bad and was told by my service adviser that he's seen few cases where it's replaced during the warranty period.

yeah seems a bit early...i'm glad they covered it under warranty.
