Heck yeah Imola Red, or Fiery Red...

Personally, I wish it came in Sakhir Orange. I'd be all over that.

Totally agree! Why isn't it consistent? Looks hideous to be honest.

It's a little hard to tell in low-res forum post images, but yes.
Tanzanite Blue is probably spectacular in real life.

The lack of M mirrors also kills me every time. BMW has always had a very nice all-around package of cosmetic upgrades for the M-cars, the lack of mirrors just makes everything else look tacked on.
Thank the gods that you won't be forced to buy an M2.
In any color.

Because yeah, the mirrors are the most important part of any car.

Looks nice in AW, but not a huge fan of the M2 itself.

I now notice it has the small gauge cluster, which I don't like. Prefer the classic BMW 4 gauge layout, not the 2 with integrated fuel/temp gauges.

Additional observations:
It has alcantara in the door panels as well as on the hand (park) brake, otherwise dakota.
There is a small compartment box to the left of the steering wheel below the light switch (similar but smaller than on the M3)
Engine bonnet has no insulation (same as M3 and other M cars)
Rear seats are 40-20-40 foldable
No DKG transmission button.

Sorry if these are generally known facts but these are just my observations coming from an M3 and being not too familiar with the M2.

I will try to upload more pictures later.

Cheers

So now they are calling it the "M Coupé"? That's what the plates have on them.

The only reason I consider AW the best color is because of rock chips etc.. I was told that its easier to patch it up versus any metallic paint, can anyone confirm?

Gone. Long hurtful story that I don't want to get into. Really looking forward to delivery of the M2.

Were you just unsatisfied with the M4 and it's inherent design or was it something completely unrelated? Interested in your feedback.
