I really really want/would change the interior of the OG M2, I absolutely hate it. Its so boring for such a rowdy fun spirited car. Have a red option with better front seats or even bring back the Mrain fabric or Modena Color option. Something other than what they put, it just feels like a major after thought where they said MEH even though IMO it's the best car they make right now
Could not agree more.

HS Maintenance is astonishingly simple. Much easier than white and hides almost everything. And yes, my M4C was white so I have personal experience with both.

Still, I WANT RED @BMW
A dude I see around sometimes has one wrapped in a reddish orange. I had said earlier I’m not into flashy colors, but a deep, pure red would be the exception for me.

As for the interior, I agree, it’s pretty boring. Part of why I got the orange stitching on my car. Orange is honestly a little tasteless and garish when compared to blue, but the car has a sense of humor, it should crack a smile every now and then, even if it’s an ugly one.

I like it because it reminds me of the first time I liked an orange car (Imola Orange NSX), only better. Much better.

Have mine in LBB. I love SO on the Comp too. But seeing as those are the only real colors the lack of others is missing. Everything else is either black white or grey. Java Green would have been great, or really just allowing individual paint options.

There is nothing subtle about the M2 so the lack of color really annoys me. I love what VW has done for the GTI that you can get it in practically any color you want.

My car was black before and now it's wrapped in Anthracite Grey by Avery. Really liked how sinister the car looked murdered out but black just hides all the contours and body lines.

I actually think black shows the lines on this car better than any stock color- it’s just hell to keep it clean!

Love both colors! Wrapping is super cool, and not all that expensive for such a drastic change.

How is the durability? I'm in Ohio, so we have rain, salt, and heat.

Bought Mineral Gray... Only option that was decent in my opinion. I wish BMW offered in Laguna Seca Blue or Purple Silk. Missed opportunity frankly.

Gorgeous pictures, and love the wrap. Does a great job emphasizing that the M2 is by far BMWs best looking car right now. That black is exactly the menacing look I was talking about, I just love it.

Thanks for sharing

I definitely prefer the orange stitching!!!

I'm just not down with blue.

Dirty black is better than any other. You wash white and you say I didn't realize how dirty it was, you wash silver and it doesn't look any better. Wash black and POW, BAMM looks awesome but yeah thirty seconds later it is dirty. lol

I think I choose the wrong pictures to compare. Actually this is due to how well can the person photograph the car and use Photoshop or Lightroom to enhance the quality of the images. (Those 4 photos are done by my friend who is a professional photographer)

Here's few more iPhone shots that really shows how the black hides all the lines and how the satin grey make the car pops

Feel free to follow me @victorliphoto on IG to see more of the M2 build

Oh no, don’t mistake my comment. I think BSM is the best stock color (when it’s clean, which is never) when it comes to showing the bodywork. But the wrap is definitely better!

Love it! Did you get the door jams wrapped?

You should do a black roof.

Would love to hear your thoughts on the color you have and how difficult (or not) it has been to maintain.
For future buyers, I really suggest avoiding White Pearl

White tends to make object look bigger and with the M2 it tends to hide all the nice muscular curves on the wheel arches

BSM M2 looked a whole lot more fantastic than the AW M2 Competition I had after

And I'm sure this ain't just my opinion, just notice how many of the wrapped M2's where originally white

On a side note, I also suggest avoiding the M-Performance exhaust. Loud noises on slow accelerations and an overall intrusive drone sound that makes long trips exhausting to the ear.

Red and Yellow are definitely the 2 colors I'd love to wrap my car in the most.

I went with MGM and definitely wouldn't change it. I love the way the M2 looks in it - subtle, but you see all the lines, and it just looks so sharp. Also pretty easy to keep clean and plenty of contrast with any black/CF bits.

I'm not a huge fan of LBB, and on top of that it's by far the most common color, at least around me. I can't remember the last time I saw a non-LBB M2 besides my own. I'm also super glad BMW eliminated MG for the M2C... just keeps mine more rare. If I'd gotten an M2C I'd probably have gone with HS (with some consideration for SO), but wouldn't have been as excited about it as I was for MG.
