Great. I have no way of listening to a Fabspeed over here as I don't think anyone has fitted one so I'm very dependent on peoples' impressions. Have you bought a sports cat as well ? Please try to evaluate the difference compared with the standard exhaust / mpe exhaust at cold start, revving, cruise, from inside and outside

Just Bypass for now with looks of doing the Sports Cat later on.

I will compare against stock setup, it's all I have been exposed to, no MPE on mine nor I have seen any locals with one yet!

I just got my car over the weekend, and i suppose i am a little confused, but it sure seems like the valve is open all the time when in sport, sport +. Very noticeable difference if just sitting still at idle, or when tooling along at 2000 revs.

What am i missing here??

Never mind, found what I needed to answer my own question.

Apart from plugging the exhaust flap connectors that is the cheapest option, if you have an IOS device you can control the ex. flaps with the BimmerLink app (plus a dongle OBDII wifi-Bluetooth).
You set it the first time and automatically it will keep the settings. And, very useful for me, you can also mute the ASD and monitor a lot of motor values.
Very cheap but great.
