Makes me wonder if the MPERFORMANCE suspension would work with my 2020 M4.

How do you like the ride quality and handling characteristics over the adaptive suspension??

I'm asking because I had the M performance set up on my M2 competition before I sold it and got the M4 😆

If I may ask, aren’t you running into some rear traction issues at the racetrack? I was chatting with an M2 owner with very similar mods to yours, and he was saying that once the weight came off t the rear (seats, battery, exhaust etc) he had to reengineer the rear sway bar ends to effectively soften the rear bar quite a bit. After which, his laptimes improved considerably.

I’m very curious if you ran into this limitation or not.
yeh good pick up... i am running into some rear traction issue. the car is at the suspension shop for a tweak and recorner balance this friday.

so i'll post up the results.. but the weight reduction has been fairly even across the board so it should level out ok you may be right i might need to soften the rear up to help with traction

i quite like it.. its not a through and through hard core coilover for smashing laptimes... but for a compromise i have to drive it daily but also 2 to 3 track days a month they are a really good compromise.. ride quality and body control is very good so im pretty happy with them

The 2-series had M2 OG, M2 C, M2 CS, and M2 CS-R

Now it has a unicorn called M2 CS-RA (A stands for Australia), and you my friend, are the magician who made it happen

interesting side by side comparisson of my stock M2C vs my Modified M2C around the same race track. Albeit the track condition on second video was pretty cold and miserable with bugger all track temps

yeh it is way more balanced less twitchy at the rear end.. more grip and traction and i can really throw it into corners..

there's another 1.5 seconds in that lap time... back there tomorrow to try and shave another 1 second off!!!

so we'll see how it works out!
