Harness Sub belt mount location

Looking to see/understand other's sub belt mount locations. Also, while we're at it where is your lap belt mounted on both right and left side of the seat?

Here is mine: Planted seat bracket, Cobra sliders, OMP seat, and Schroth harness.

I believe you need to have a bar going across that you wrap around.

Thanks! No sub belts? No concerns about mounting the seat belt to the bracket with the seat attached to it too? Seems like the safest is independent locations between the seat and belt. Looking for your personal perspective.

I dit not have a 6pt so far, only 4 pt. Now the car is beeing equipped with a full cage, after that, I will install a 6 pt, with mounts in the bottom, not on the seat. In my opinion, your idea of mounting the belt onto the seat is not the best idea. I send you a PM on how the Porsches do.

Here's my solution: https://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...9&postcount=70

I'm super happy with this setup: was reasonably priced and fits really well--the only issue is that you need to have mounts with a sub-strap bar (or drill your own).
