Badge Poll

The M2 badge...should I leave it chrome, change to black or debadge?

Some shitty photoshop to help visualize:

I used the black M2 from the M2 Competition badge.

Swap it with a black one first so you get the badge positioning as close to perfect as possible. If you don't like it take it off.

Being that my car is BSM, the gloss black comp badge might not be very visible. If I do go black I'd probably grab a matte badge from IND. Should match the diffuser and stand out a little more.

Keep the original "M" badge but remove the "2" - it's much cleaner look and still retains badge..

Like the old school Z4 M..

Cool idea that I briefly considered but I'm worried it'll kinda look like a non M with an eBay badge slapped on. Also seen a bunch of 235/240s that have done that and I'd prefer not to follow suit. I think I'm going to go black. Question is do I go matte or gloss. I've ordered both and will test them once they're here. If all else fails I'll rock it without a badge. The chrome just makes the rear end a little too busy IMO.

You already did the BMW logo, might as well complete it with the emblem

IMO, a modern high performance car should have zero chrome elements.

Thank you for the votes and suggestions, the poll is now closed. I ended up going with a matte black badge from the good people over at IND. Very happy with it since it's more subtle yet still visible.
