I wrapped my M mirror in gloss black and while the wrap looks great from a distance up close it doesn't even come close to comparing to a painted mirror cap. So I'm considering getting a set of painted mirror caps or carbon fiber.

Does any one have some good pictures of the BMW M carbon fiber mirror caps or the Akrapovic carbon fiber mirror cap set - Matte BMW M2? I've searched the net but not finding good pictures of the latter.

Here is a set of the M Performance carbon mirror caps on an F80, which share the same as the M2 Competition.



We could also add a matte clear coat on them similar to the shift paddles that we offer.
