Disassemble to Clean or Replace

So I guess I had a small amount of coffee splash from my coffee cup and onto the cigarette lighter area. I cleaned the area but it seems like some of the liquid is between the LED light. Not sure how I can clean this if it's even possible. And if not I wonder how much it would be to replace it.

I got this too...unfortunate...no idea how to get under there.

My idea is to flush it with 90%+ rubbing alcohol to dissolve what's stuck in there. The alcohol will dry fairly quickly, especially in the heat we've been having.

If you're not comfortable with that, then you have to take apart the console.
