JB4 needle out of control...help pls!

I just finished installing jb4 to my M2C and once i get the the menu to change maps, both needles are out of control. They dont stay in one location and constantly just sweeping around everywhere. Anyone else see this issue, if so, how'd you fix it?? TIA guys!

JB4 I installed came off my2016 F80 M3...I don't know if that makes any difference to the needles jumping around everywhere...
