Same situation for me, my GM was able to set all spec settings except the wheel color, he's got a call in to BMW to find out when it can be changed/fixed.

No confirmation on the tires yet.

If it actually builds week 41 that'd be great.. that could mean at my door 1st or 2nd week of November then.

I’m torn on Misano blue or black. I think the gold wheels are a must.

I went with black, but I just recently had a blue car. Blue was really resistant to seeing dirt, which was nice. Could go three weeks without washing. I could tell it was dirty, but still looked good. Black is going to be a shit show.

I wonder what the earliest build week is? I guess my theory that all would be built prior to any October holiday is a bust.

I am interested in doing it but not sure driving back to Wisconsin in November or December is doable with the tires.

You can't take delivery at Thermal. They do offer classes and if you buy a new BMW in 2020, you also get the complimentary Track Day Experience (2 hours).

Just ordered my build (Misano Blue, black wheels, DCT) at MSRP and will be able to apply BMWCCA and employer discounts at delivery.

What are you guys driving now and expecting to pay monthly for this car? I almost convinced myself to snatch up an allocation but with no good leasing options, sticker price, etc i just didn稚 find it appealing enough over buying out my existing 18 m3 comp lease end at 45k without getting into a multi year loan on a car that is a gamble on how it値l depreciate

I知 just curious the person this car is targeted for

Im wondering what the factors were for people going through with this as opposed to the factors that played into me declining two separate opportunities for allocations

It was damn close and I知 still debating

Current car M2C. My monthly payments will be zero as I'm paying cash for the difference. I just don't like owing people money.

I always put money down up front and never sell when upside down, so it's all relative. The payment will be about what we had going when we originally had bought our used x3 and new 335 6 plus years ago. Finances are different now than then, so it's all relative. Everyone manages things differently. In laws don't buy cars on anything but cash. To be financing at under 2% is at or below average inflation so my money works harder doing other things. You can check out a loan calculator and see what the payments are for loans at five or six years at .9-3.9% interest and various down payments versus a total cost of 83-89k.

Right now you can lock 0.9% financing for 60 days beginning Sept 30. So would need to take delivery by Nov 30. Week 41 build slot makes that possible. With money that cheap I will likely not put anything down. I'd rather have money sitting in high yield savings or put it to work elsewhere.
