Not my car, does anyone know where to get the front decal on the bumper ?

I've no idea and I am trying to find out myself. I am trying to find out if I can get all of these three parts for the front bumper in black instead of different colours. Let me know if you find out. Cheers

Any sticker/wrap shop can do that for you.

I found this excellent printer (located in Belarus) from Etsy. The decals came in 1+ weeks. They are in excellent shape. The following are info & dimensions:
