Bimmercode HeadUnit
Just got an s/w update to my 2018 M2 to fix an issue with an ABS recall issue. All my coding is gone. I got most of it back with Bimmercode however seems like the HeadUnit section is greyed out. Is this a Bimmercode issue or an updated s/w issue? I did update the data for the Bimmercode app. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

After I had full screen Apple Carplay coded, I lost the ability to code the head unit with Bimmercode. kubax86 said it was a problem with Bimmercode...not much help but maybe useful.

Yeah if the NBT has been modified from factory settings (like with a CarPlay retrofit), you won't be able to use BimmerCode to modify it.

You can restore the very first backup that BimmerCode created which will reset everything back to their stock settings. Then see if you can code again afterwards.
Check the 'Backups' section for more info. https://www.bimmercode.app/support/ |

You need to update the Bimmercode app. If it's already up to date, send a support request and let them know. They'll send you a beta invite with the fix, and eventually release it to the App Store as well. I went through the same thing after doing the ABS light recall programming.
