1. Nice video, but you're a bit high-strung for me, so I watched it on mute.
2. That's a LOT of anti-seize, I don't think you need nearly that much. 3. Great call on the torque specs, well done. 4. I don't believe your pinch bolts need to be under load to be torqued, but I don't suppose it can hurt. 5. Your clicking doesn't sound like my clicking. Mine is more of a ping, so maybe you did solve some of the problems that some guys are having, just not your particular problem. 6. The dealers suggest "friction rings" for the pinging sound, and mine will be getting those soon. Maybe they could help you as well. |

Mine gets worse over time too...Sometimes alignments / adjusting the cup the bottom of the front suspension sits in helps. I've greased and it works but then comes back after a month.

That was "high strung"?? If you want to see high strung, check out some Raiti's Rides. That crazy dude is gonna wrap something around a telephone pole sooner or later.

I had some clicking noises when turning my wheels a few years ago. The dealership followed the SIB procedure I attached and was able to eliminate it using the 2nd method. Maybe you'll have luck trying some of the potential fixes in it.
