Sound issue

One day the sound in my 2018 M2 just stopped working, regardless of the source (not even the warning chimes). I browsed the forums and people usually blame the amp, but I can't find a way to confirm it definitively. Is there any way to diagnose what component is causing the issue? Any way to ping the amp?

I checked the error codes and my error codes don't appear to be sound-related (CA9428: K-CAN ID PDC timeout error; 1D3810: clutch switch position error; D90D37: incorrect interior light)

I had the same issue, the Amp was fixed under warranty. It’s a known issue..
