J Pipes & the dreaded S55 rasp

Has anyone tried or piloted "J pipes" in a s55 exhaust set up to reduce the rasp?

Yes I know EL mid pipe is the go to, however I'm curious if there's more that could be done to further reduce rasp & give a heartier NA tone?

A J pipe or Helmholtz removes high frequencies towards the end if an exhaust system leaving a loud, but not unflattering exhaust note.
