What RPM to shift at Stage 2 stoc DP's?

Believe its been discussed prior though wasn't sure if there is actual data behind what rpm in what gears to shift out for best performance say 60-130 or even 1/4 mph times etc... Lately I've been shifting at 6800 rpm but not sure if that is the best.
