Steering issue

So a few weeks ago I got a flat and my friend brought me a wheel from his m3, it was 19 same as mine but when I had his wheel on my car anytime I would turn remotely hard it feels like the cars digs into the ground and shoots hard to the side, his wheel was on my car for a week or so (broken safety lug) but once we got it off the problem still persists. Anyone got any ideas?

Sorry for the lengthy post btw

Get it up on a lift, preferably with a good indie mechanic underneath to look over the suspension carefully for anything borken or bent.

Flat as a result of hitting an object or pothole? If so, something is broken or it knocked your alignment off.
