Transferring TPMS/valve stems for new wheels?

I bought a new set of 763M's to replace my 788M's, which had center caps, TPMS, and valve stems all on.

The dealer told me I had to buy new TPMS/valve stems to replace and mount the wheels - is this BS? Which parts are also needed in addition to just the wheels to mount the new ones properly, with TPMS working?

Thank you guys.

I just transferred everything over to my 763m nothing additional needed. If you are getting new tires then it may come in handy to have a separate set of TPMS if you are using 788m as spare tires.

On my last BMW I just transferred the TPMSs from my old wheels to my new BBS wheels.

In theory you should replace the seal which can be bought separately. Most owners don't.

I believe the p/n is 36106876673 no idea on cost.
