5.7 says load control revised. What does that mean?

Totally agree.

Agreed 5.7 is quite good, although I think my traction light is now faulty. :P

Flashed back to 5.3 because OEM burbles weren't as they were in 5.6 or 5.7. Car is constantly burbling in comfort, and weak burbles in Sport/Sport+. Not gonna bother the PTF guys opening a ticket and spamming them about burbles. I'm sure it'll be figured out soon and once it is, I'll flash.

Strange. I'm on oem burbles on v5.7 and there are no burbles in comfort and normal burbles in sport.

Customer thinks car was tuned already by a random company.

Idk, I'll give it another try soon.

i'd say delete the 5.7 map you have and re-download it from OTS maps and then flash again

The way 358wps (=352whp) is put down, doesn't look like a tuned file at all. It should be the stock flash with FBO.

Just that M2 stock power with good ambient temp and good octane, is very underestimated by many people. Plus it responds pretty good to breathing and cooling mods.

And oh, thank you for taking time to improve M2 tuning

Does that dyno show both the 91 and 93? If so, it appears that the 91 map in green is the same or slightly better. Seems counter to everything I have heard about octane being critical to this platform. Maybe only when it's hotter.

The actual gas in the car with all these runs should be the same, which is good gas apparently.

The 91 and 93 shown in the picture refer to the map version (different aggressiveness). Like what you've read all along, aggressiveness doesn't necessarily make power. Octane (of the gas in your tank) does. That explains all.

Tuned already, we will have it in for a stock tune measurement soon. On this dyno it should be more like 340 and less torque.

Anyways, the OTS maps are making power

What would the expected WHP/WTQ gain be for Stage 2 compared to Stage 1

Green line - looks smoothest throughout and top end looks strongest. Other than BM3 stg 2 - what supporting mods did this car have ?

And what is the difference between stage 1 and stage 2. What mods should you have for each?

Stg2 requires DP & FMIC mentioned in the BM3 app

I told BM# that I'll be running a 6" intercooler, sport cat and Dinan turbo. They recommended stage 1. I figured that I'd be a candidate for stage 2.

That’s def Stage 2, but the great thing about BM3 is you can log both to see how it’s performing for your specific mods, fuel, and temps.

So purchase stage 1 and the OTS package?

I’d get the OTS package so you can try different maps.

Was your inquiry related to track use..or daily use ?
Perhaps the Stg 2 93 will prove be too aggressive for summer track use, so they recommended Stg 1...maybe ?
Having said that, I had V5.6 on track last weekend and it performed flawlessly...ambients were only 75 F max tho.
