Thick border license plate frame?

I can't be the only one looking for this. I want my front plate frame to have very thick bezel. I want it to appear smaller than it is. The BC plate has the stupid "Beautiful British Columbia" above the letters and most frames cover exactly half of it:

What I'm looking for is a frame that would cover top and bottom quarter of the plate. The next best thing would be one that has just the top or bottom covered but I can't even find that.

Anyone else?

Do I really have to 3D print one myself ot does one exist?

I'm going to guess you're going to have to print one.

It sounds like you're trying to make only the numbers visible??

Also different states and provinces vary on the size and placement on numbers and letters.

Plus you could even customize it.

3D printing. We've come a long way from the printing press.

Canada will have different laws than the US but I know in Texas a cop will cite you for covering any part of the plate.
