Apple CarPlay Question

Hey guys, I just ordered a 2018 M2 LBB 6MT Exec Pkg without Apple CarPlay for $500 off sticker. I was hoping to add it after delivery if the iDrive wasn't sufficient for my needs.

Are the 2018s definitely able to have CarPlay added after delivery? Thanks!
