Phone not listed as bluetooth device

I have both an iphone and an android phone.

The android phone no longer shows on the list of bluetooth devices in idrive. It is connected, phone calls work.

If I switch to the iphone, I cannot reselect the android phone unless i pair it again (I have to delete the car from the android phone). And once re-paired, it is not in the list.

I've also noticed that the spotify app no longer appears in the media list when the android phone is connected.

Any ideas?
