Dat M2 looks so good. You have it in the config I'd like to have it. Maybe with manual even though I have low experience with stick XD
Haha, feel free to use it! And yeah I'm not complaining about the DCT because the 1er is 6spd Had a 5spd Abarth before, and I was getting sick of shifting in traffic.

Thanks for sharing all the great pics-awesome journey.
Definitely need to hike something somewhere in CO! Thank you for the info!

Nice! If I had more time, I would have definitely gone more up north, then to SF, and then PCH all the way down That also would have added another 1000 miles.

I don't remember going through any one lanes, but I do remember the roads were super narrow. Luckily, we had no conflicting issues from cars coming from the other side. We also didn't drive anywhere fast. The lack of guard rails, and our eyes were glued to the scenery.

Welcome to California! But you went too far south and ended up in LA. You'll learn your mistake and come up to the Bay Area soon enough!! Haha
If you're on your phone, try and see if a reader version is available. That seemed to optimize everything and lol! I will definitely consider when I start missing cold weather

I'm on the app. Really limited with what I can see. Can't even see the signatures. Meh.

SF has the best and most consistent weather in the country!! That's why we pay the outrageous mortgages. :

Impressive. I love a great road trip.

Coincidentally, I've driven most of the roads (except I-80 through IA) in your route.

Good luck w/ the move to CA.

Great pics. Looks like You guys had great fun.
I could've had a new wallpaper only if that damned sandwich wrap didn't ruin the shots.

If you get back to Utah, drive highway 12/24 through the southwest corner. Amazing road. Also Zion is pretty amazing, and a makable longish road trip from LA.

The bumper already has holes and some dings. I'll wait for the clear bra until I redo the front I actually kind of liked the photos with the wrap on. Has that "battle scar" vibe to it

Oh man, sorry to hear. I would have used links instead, but that would have been too much of a hassle to click each and every link. And yes, I heard the housing prices are ridiculous up there. The same goes for LA...

It would have been nice to throw in Tails of the Dragon or Blue Ridge. That would have been doable if I took the southern route. Thank you!

Haha if you really want, I can re-do the photos with the wrap photoshopped out, but that would be damn time consuming.

Not really a club, but more of a chapter. The brand originally started in Seoul, Korea. There's a couple of us in the US that's been helping expand the brand out here.

Welcome to CA! I was on my way back to Orange County from SoCal Euro in SD on Monday and spotted your car on the 5 North in Santa Ana. The Peaches sticker on the bumper gave you away! I was in my Blue VW R32, but you probably wouldn't have taken notice.

I'd LOVE to do a trip across the USA like that ! But it's a shame you did it in so little time. Pity about the plastic wrap which kind of spoils the otherwise great photos.... and I would definitely remove that Peaches sticker I'm afraid.

Yeah I should've planned on leaving 2 weeks beforehand rather than one. It was also in the back of my mind that something bad could happen (flat tire, etc.) during the trip. And it seems like I'm getting a number of requests about that wrap, so I will re-process some of the photos w/o the wrap

And M2 booty is peaches
