The Warriors will never lose again ;)

Kevin Durant just signed with the Golden State Warriors. No more losses. Ever!

Not sure I can respect him for this. But hopefully he gets what he's seeking.

I understand why you would say that. At this point in his career, there's only one thing that matters. I hope he gets a ring.

Crazy a 27 year old pro athlete seeking a 1-2 year contract. If GS wins a title next year they'll likely be losing Durant and Curry

I seriously hope KD never wins a ring. Ever- weak AF move.

I can't blame him for wanting to win at all costs...but he had a great roster in okc. This is nothing like when lebron left the nobody's for the first time in Cleveland

The all star game is pretty much golden state vs the east hahaha

Remember a few years back when the Los Angeles Lakers acquired Chris Paul and the NBA interfered claiming that this would be unfair to the rest of the league 😂, how is this any different? I'm finally convinced the NBA is rigged.

+1

Lakers have yet to recover from that.

Durant is largely an outside and mid range shooter
You already have plenty of 3 point shooters including the splash bros
Dramond Green needs touches as does Curry and Thompson.. where is Durant going to get his touches? If he gets his touches as he did in OKC whose touches will he take from?
We will have to see
Besides Durant has some horrible out of control games in the last 2 playoff games.. where his weaknesses were shown

Just give them the title now, why even bother to play...

That's what I said this time last year.

Need i mind you Cavs didn't make a move yet? There's rumors of Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and Dwayne Wade

Yep, curry is significantly underpaid...it can only go for so long. Though I think they'll actually trade Thompson and sign Curry

How the hell are you even saying that? Neither Curry nor Durant has max long term deals...you think 2 of the top 4 players in the league will risk injury every year?

Two out of the starting 4 will definitely be out after next year. You can't underpay young players forever.

He is going to get all of Harrison Barnes touches and actually make the shots. KD will allow Curry to get more rest on the bench.

Yeah, they just got done talking about that on ESPN. Apparently Warriors have plenty of money to pay these players for years to come. They said to get use to this. Ironically, Curry(28) is actually the oldest out of the now big 4.

So does every other team in the NBA. Salary cap is the same... Warriors don't just grow money on trees.

I bet most teams theoretically have enough money to pay for it.

If they really had the money today, why don't they rip up Curry's contract and sign him the richest deal in history? Yeah think about it

They were talking in terms of the salary cap. Salary cap went up for next season and is going up again following season.

Even with the KD signing. Cavs still have a higher team salary by about $6m. More depending what they resign JR Smith for, he is due $9.5m next season. Cavs are in a worse position, they just paid the highest luxury tax.

Let the Kevin Love rumors begin.

I really think the addition of Durant does little for this team.
You cant win more games than they did last year.. they already had the offensive firepower why mess with it..
What GS needed was a legit defensive upgrade at center.. did they even try to get Whiteside?
