Looking at the inside of my trunk there is a marked difference between the paint color there, and what's on the outside of the car. In fact, it looks a lot like Laguna Seca without a point of reference. Has anyone compared LBB to LSB side by side? A quick google search returned nothing.

I have a 2020 in LBB. Yes the inside of the trunk looks different than the outside on my car also. BMW has been doing that for a while. It almost looks like it's a non metallic version of LBB inside the trunk.

I've seen it on a lot of cars. It's always been weird to me because the metallic should be in the base coat, unless it's a tri-stage paint. I can't imagine the metallic ever being in the clear, then you'd have issues buffing the car. I guess they use a different paint for the jams/trunk/under-hood area? Just weird. But the color is quite different, just reminded me of LSB.
