I collected my M2 yesterday and drove to the Boxster introduction, guess what???

I saw my old Cayman GTS over there, so here are some shots from my LBB M2 and my previous Sapphire Blue GTS enjoy;

Her a pic of the most natural LBB, most pics are on the blue side, this more IRL;

Nice pics of two great driver's cars. Congrats!

I didn't realize the color of your GTS was Sapphire Blue, just like the GT4 when I had it. Some bad cell phone pics:

I know, but as I understand the MPE is a little too much.

I must say I do like the standard sound as it is.

I did. The MPE already arrived at the dealership, and my car is productionweek 19(within 2 weeks). The difference between flaps open/closed isn't that big is it?

Romo, mooi filmpje, nauwe bedoening door die deuren, mooi geluid man! Auf die Dauer hilft nur M-Power

Cheers

Saw LBB in person and I must say. It changed my mind. This color is pretty hot in person. I'm now thinking my choice for AW is a bit bland. The shapes on the car requires a more metallic color to bring out the edges. It's a much rounder car then the M3/M4. Especially the "fangs".

100% agree, this is why i changed from AW to LBB. They should of offered MW instead, would of been my choice.

Thanks for the reminder! My dealer had two X5's sitting outside next to each other when I was there for the 1200 mile service, one was AW and the other was MW. In this instance, the AW showed off the body lines and curves way better than the Mineral White did. I was actually surprised because I've heard otherwise on this forum. Also, the AW looked beautiful(BMW AW is by far the best white I have seen IMO) while the MW kind of had a gross color to it. It was a dirty off white color, almost like a white t-shirt that has been washed in well water too many times.

Side note, the service manager comes up to me when it was completed and said "Man, you sure know to pick your colors" LOL My former car was a VO 1M and now AW M2. HAHA

Interesting take. I have seen several M4's in MW and AW and I can say that I FAR preferred MW. MW absolutely better showed the flares and lines. AW was washed out. I owned an E92 M3 in AW and liked it on that car but not on the M4. If the M2 was available in MW, I would likely have ordered it in that color myself.

In any event... color choice is subjective
