Got a fat crack on my windshield repaired but still looks like sh*t

I go get it repaired immediately, they used NOVUS and the guy says some of the cracks are too long and the resin can't reach

in the sun the light reflects off the cracks and its VERY distracting, is there like tinted tape or something i can put on it?

This. Not an ideal cost obviously, but I feel you on the eye sore. I think I've gotten three cracks in the past year from socal roads. My windshield is so pitted I rather just replace than keep filling them in and not be perfect.

If anyone can chime in on quality of BMW glass I would be curious what your experience/expertise has to say.
