Tips on Importing Music...
Does the internal drive have its own way of importing & organizing the music that goes into it or is there a preferred way? Do we need to organize them in our USB before we import them, say per Artist or Album or can we just dump it as individual files so long as the meta data are there?

I'm still trying to figure this out too. I've imported 2 large playlists (about 450 songs) that were organized by artist/album. Working OK but no album artwork. All my AAC files (exported from iTunes) have 500x500 artwork, which works fine in my VW, but apparently id6 can't handle them. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there a smaller max resolution I need to be using perhaps?
Ah, but SiriusXM does have album artwork, something that many OEM infotainment systems don't show. So I've got that going for me, which is nice. Since I use SXM so much (living in the sticks where we are within range of about 2 FM stations).

It does what it wants from a thumb drive. I always burn CD to the cars drives. Yes, I still buy CDs. If I use a thumb drive I just search that and not store it to the car.
