You won’t find 93. You might find 101 for like 10 dollars per gallon some where. Mix a little of it with 91 and you should be at or over 93 octane.

Lmao no. You can run up to E30 on the stock fuel system if you want to make more power (and BM3 has OTS tunes for this).

Did you take any logs trying lower % of ethanol? I.e. 20% and seeing how that runs?

Yea E20 was solid. Perfect timing and no HPFP crash. Was debating on running a dorche stg 1, but decided to work on some suspension and aero first before power.

That is very similar to what I ended up doing. I have a consistent E85 source in south orange county that I use that tests very close to 85% ethanol, so I just calculate the fueling to get me around E25 and then run the BM3 E30 stage 2 tune. So far, I haven't had any issues like that. Timing corrections are minimal if they ever occur, no knock whatsoever, and HPFP has never crashed.

100 Octane is getting much rarer, at least in Orange County. I think we are really just down to one gas station in Newport that routinely has it.

If it is still there, I know there was a 100 octane station in El Cajon.

Yea I was thinking about doing that because I’m in OC too and just regularly monitoring the ethanol content, but decided to run snow performance stg 2.5 WMI kit and running stg 2 BM3 93 OTS tune. Member recommended it and it’s also a solid option.
Boosts octane and lowers IATs.

Have you started running the system yet? I would be interested to hear about your experience.

Not yet because decided to do my suspension and a little aero because the rear is a twitchy son of a gun at willow springs. I’ll let you know though brotha 🤙🏾

If you’re interested though I got a guy over at Foreign Domesti Imports in Long Beach who I solely go to. Owner is named Terrence and just say Tristan sent you and will hook it up.

Here is 100 Octane fuel in San Diego.

https://maps.app.goo.gl/myjddjRWekGPCfTUA

3804 Ingraham St, San Diego, CA 92109

This one is far from you but anyone near Fullerton CA can get 100 octane racing fuel at the 76 station. I used this station a few times.

The station on Ingraham doesn't have it at the pump anymore unless they recently started carrying it again. I think many stations that carried 100 have stopped or they make you buy it in 5 gallon drums.

Sorry but nowhere in southern california (Or California in general) will you find 93 oct fuel at fuel stations. Something with the EPA and how bad the pollution was back in the 80s / 90s in L.A.

There is a Sunoco station in Rancho Santa Fe where you can buy 100 octane and blend up the trash 91ACN we get. Or just add a gallon of ethanol

Filled up 100 octane like I said in my pervious post in the Fullerton location.

Got 3 gallons of 100 octane and then switched to 91.

I found two 76 stations in Fullerton. Do you remember the location?
Edit: never mind, I found your previous post. Thanks for the heads up.
