I bought some ppf rolls from Amazon... gonna stick them on strategic spots of the tranny tunnel. That thing is beautiful.

Retail on this is about 5300, so yes IND has great customized products but like any company has overhead and thus markups. I wouldn't pay that for a non-customized product that you can buy cheaper from a dealer direct, but it might make sense for someone else.

Thank God these parts are priced high. Otherwise people would buy them for their non CS cars.
Reminds me of my Shelby Gt350R. If you had a regular GT350 and wanted the CF wheels and the CF rear spoiler from the R model? Better be coughing up $25 grand. That's not including the seats, decals, tires etc... Kind of like the CS to the M2C. When you add up the cost of the parts to make it a CS, the CS clearly becomes a bargain at $86k. M2C and Shelby Gt350 both great cars, just not the CS or the R model.

yea, I like the mod being priced out of most m2 comp owners, like you gotta REALLY want that arm rest delete to spend 6k, most people will just be like meh...
Not to mention these CS hoods - I have yet to see a CS replica hood that was a factory level paint match and fit, ain't happening - it's one of the reasons I got rid of my 18 comp - dime a dozen with these cheap ass replica parts making it look like something it wasn't

I will say that the pictures don't do it justice. it's a nice piece, and adds a specialness to the car. Sitting in the back seat and looking at it really made this noticeable.
Not sure it's 6 grand worth of awesome, but I like it. BMW is doing a good job of keeping knockoff CS models from being common. Roof, hood, carbon tunnel and your at 20k with install. |

Wait what? You sat in the back seat? Now you can't advertise is as "back seats never sat in".

Our white shepherd left her hairs on our F80 even though I couldn't see them. Chance of her ever getting near the CS alcantara = nada. BTW - attached pic is of F80 not F87 CS! |

Unless someone copies it (doubt it), the new checkerboard pattern of the roof will be a unique feature of this car among all the Ms with CF roofs. Pretty sure they won't be doing that again.

I'm an OG M2 owner, really wanted to do a Carbon roof - but was incredibly intrigued and disappointed for me/excited for y'all to read the true engineering behind it.
Lol I love all the self CS love in here. Fuck the haters.

Haters will countered with facts and love. I feel the CS ownership is a special group like the E30 M3 ownership. Nothing but love baby. Let the legend grow.

Not sure what you mean here. The M2 competition M Performance carbon roof is a full roof, not just a skin. You literally have to grind the welds off the existing roof to install it.

Agreed. They have some nice stuff, and some stuff you cant get anywhere else, but their prices are extremely high.
