I find it annoying that they demo this display car with an individual paint color when individual paint is not available on the M2.

It's like "look at this amazing, beautiful car we can make but you can't have!"

Looks super cool! The Frozen Black is really nice with the contrasting gold.

BUT they could've done without some of the gold detailing such as on the roof and hood and especially on the inner holes of the front seats, that looks tacky.

To me some carbon fibers have a kind of brownish tint to it so Black with Gold kind of adds some panache to it. I like the rims.

They look like re-trimmed Sparco SPX to me (same sparco logo in the back of the headrest). They come with the Evora 400 as well..

OK so what's the best way to render all the new M Performance carbon parts virtually invisible? Yeah by giving it dark grey paint job, so let's do it. Oh and let's put the old pre-LCI headights and taillights to make it look more vintage 😏 Seriously what were they thinking?! Where is the Alpine White unit with all the carbon standing out?

I'm heading to Goodwood on Saturday, looking forward to seeing this and the M2C. Still keeping my 2016 M2 though!

The ///M logo is a little big for my taste on the seats, but they look nice regardless.

Not a fan of all the gold lately...

A few thoughts:

It's smart to show the M Performance parts on a M2 (and not an M2C). It transmits the message that you can refresh the M2 already on your driveway.

Love the black calipers.

The seats scream showcar, but I wouldn't want them in my M2/M2C if it were my daily driver. Especially when the rear seats would prevent a fold down option.

While id definitely spec the gold rims, I would not put any of that gold pin striping on my car. It doesn't look horrendous; I'd just prefer a more minimalist look. However I do understand the goal for the show car.

I'd also rather the car be glossy black.

Have to be carful wth that feature.

I laugh when people post a live pix not knowing it's a 4 sec clip with sound attached.

It says 9kg for front seats (the wording makes me think 9kg total for both seats) and 13kg for rear seats. Total of 22kg or 48.5lbs saved. If the -9kg figure is per seat, then we'd be talking about a total of 31kg or 68lbs saved.

I WANT them!!

Hood is nice. Wonder if it will fit the original m2 or just the competition model.

Huh? Isn't the car in the OP the regular M2?
