seat belt adjustment for short drivers?

I drive the OG m2 and the seat belts do not have height adjustment. I'm on the shorter side (5ft) and the seat belt rubs against the neck/jaw area. I find myself subconsciously leaning to the right as I drive to avoid the pressure. Does anybody have any recommendations on adjusting the seat belt height without compromising its safety?

Thanks in advance!

Sorry I can't offer a solution. I'm on the short side as well, and end up just pulling my shirt collar up on the left every time I put my seatbelt on. Works fine.

Just in case you haven't, did you try setting your seat at the highest position?

That shoulder pad isn't going to work at all, it's still going to be on your neck.

I think the M2C has a different seat-back that holds the seatbelt in a different way, or is replaceable with one that does, if you were considering M2C seats.

It's just a bad design on BMW's part, they made the car accessible for shorter drivers, but didn't do the job properly. It's a bit like selling 36" jeans and just lobbing off 6", they don't fit the same.

It's a German thing, all the Japanese cars will fit you (and I) perfectly.
