BMW M2 differential and DCT noise

Hello everyone ! I am brand new to this forum and to bmw in general, just bought a M2 LCI with 16700 miles.

I'm just experiencing lot of noise from the car and just wanted to have some feedback whether these was fine or not because it is very stressful.

Little clunk (not metallic) when selecting D or R from P. And I can feel something engaging.

A little winning noise coming from the rear at low speed or between 90 and 120 kph. (same as in this video https://youtube.com/shorts/exYRLStCcbY?feature=share )

When I turn full lock at very low speed (I guess in first gear) I can hear a wuh wuh wuh sound that goes away when the wheel go back straight.

Thanks.
