BMW USA Tracking Website

My M2C was listed as at the port about 3-4 days ago. I've been trying to get an update to see when it shipped but the BMW tracking website keeps showing the following:

We're sorry.
An error occurred and My Garage is unavailable at this time. Please try again later or visit BMWUSA.com.

Has anybody been able to get through?

Nope. Been down for several days. Try calling genius as that's still working.
