How low do you sit in M2

Dumb question but I cant help.
M2 seat is very comfy! But we all know this is not a big vehicle. Even comparing to my e92 m3, m2 is still feels much smaller.
I am trying to figure out whats best position for me. I realize I want to sit tad higher so i feel I am in gokart feel. I am 6’0 this way I have about a small apple room to the roof. Btw, I have no sunroof.

Do you sit all the way down low? Or med high like me?
Just curious how others sit.

Um, I think most would say the lowest seating configuration possible is too high...

Agree with this. I'm short...5'7" and I put the seat all the way down.

I am 6.1 and I sit medium/high to the point where I can see the hood all the way. I don't hit the roof of the car with my head at all. There's plenty of room.

5'8" and sit as low as possible. Have to lift myself up to see over the sideview mirrors at time, but otherwise it's fine.

I used to have it at the lowest setting but for me at least having the seat at the bottom means even with the steering wheel at its lowest setting the lower information display on the LCI cluster is obstructed by the steering column and it's a bit of a bother that I have to lean forward to check oil temperature. I put the seat up just far enough so I can see the bottom of the cluster. The LCI cluster is kind of a joke in regards to making proper use of the real estate as the entire middle and upper portion between the tach and speedo is all black, housing nothing more than a few idiot lights, and the information you would actually like to see is all the way at the bottom. I don't think this is a problem for tall people but at 5'8" it just doesn't work for me at all.

5'2 and I can't get my seat low enough. I like to feel like I'm nestled in the car, but I kinda felt like I was sitting in a high chair after I first got the car. Getting used to it though.

And ya, I can't see the radio stations or any other lower display in front of the steering column. Oh well....

I sit all the way down and am taller. Interesting to read about people sitting in different positions. Guess I will do an adjustment and see if there is a higher position I like.

5'10" - I think my seat is roughly in the middle of its height range. I've got a little over a hand width between my head and the non-moonroof ceiling. I definitely feel a bit high up compared to my E46 330Ci

after reading some comments here, I tried the lowest setting and it kinda seems better fit. It does feel like I am driving a car rather than gokart. I will give it try few days

Amen to that - wouldn't it be great if we could replace the "efficient dynamics" with a full time digital oil temp gauge?

Not low enough. Still feel like I am sitting on top of an apartment. That's what you get with BMWs - not built on a true sports car chassis.

When I put the seat in the lowest position I can hardly see over the wheel lolz. I feel like I have to sit up pretty high in this car. My Porsche has a nice low position and feels great.

BMW Performance Center instructors teach you to sit relatively high for best visibility. You should be able to put your fist on top of your head, then raise/lower the seat until it is touching both the headliner and your head.

Yup my track instructors taught the same... so I left my seating position for daily driving too

5'9" and have seat in the top position for visibility out as well as visibility of all the gauge details.
