Anyone install an Audiosource L2Ci in their car?

Looking to add an aftermarket sub in my car and I'd like to use the L2Ci on the stock deck. I have the HK system if that makes a difference. Wondering if there are any issue running this in our cars? Anything tricky that I should know about before I get installed? Thanks for any input you can provide.
