I've seen the lap times from Simon and I am quite impressed! Our car is weighing in at around 3550 and we're still dialing in our suspension and brakes. We have some weight reduction coming in soon as well! |

I really love the Project.
You guys should come to Germany and test the cars' Performance on the Nordschleife.

It’s not as pretty as the Brembo GTRs, but I got my AP Factory 378x36mm front BBK installed today. Lookng forward to trying them on track. Keep the updates coming! |

I run R1 vs R1s because they only give up a couple 10ths and last twice as long...

The Hoosier S80 that I have are supposed to be the R1S of slicks. Super sticky, super soft, super fail (longevity). I will save them for a day I need to break the world record of black e90 m3 lap times.

I have posted about this....I have track tested over 6 different tires/sizes on my M2 mostly on 18/9.5 square, lowered on MP coilovers. The 265/35/18 R1 set up is my overall favorite, great grip over most temps, long wear and no rubbing on high compression.

Good to know re 265/35/18 working well all round. What offset are yr 18" x 9.5" wheels ? What alignment are you running up front with MP coils ? TIA, Bp

Interesting choice for the wing. What did you have in plan for frontal area downforce? I am interested in following a similar build path for the front
