As a few members mentioned above, the M4 mirror is a full assembly with modified OEM M4 parts, which requires a custom bracket and drilling on base, a fair amount of hassle I'd say. This is not something we can make and ship for "bolt on" installation.

A few new wheel pics below.

I'm surprised he hasn't retro fitted carbon ceramic brakes onto it yet

We thought we would. But from CCB user around we know, CCB makes annoyingly loud noise. Unacceptable.

Every single one of them wishes they hadn't done it.

There's a way around that:

http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=884981

http://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...1234417&page=8

You essentially use the 6 pot caliper from the CCB's, and use a slightly modified steel rotor from an m5 for your front brakes. You put regular pads in them. Then you put your stock front brakes on the back wheels. Now you have bmw 6 and 4 pot steel disc's on your M2. They look like CCB's from bmw but they're steel. No horrible noise and it looks cool as hell. Just have to repaint the calipers to match each other.

So someone posted this earlier

https://autoid.uk.com/products/perfo...nt=27061943239

Looks pretty good.

Question - is this a full replacement or just a different cover? If it is a full replacement, does it retain the auto dimming feature?

the one sold by autoid is just a cover. You pull out your oem covers and replace them with these.

I haven't seen this side by side with the M4 mirrors. How different are they?

Don't you have to worry about brake bias when installing big brake kits and mixing and

+1. The wing is a bit much especially with the existing wing still in place.

Looks almost the same. Maybe the end is a bit more rounded?

yup i would think so. And I'm not sure if the gap is bigger on the autoid compared to the ones found in the oem m3/m4

Do you live on River Rd in Edgewater/North Bergen? I think I see your car every morning parked on the driveway of your condo.
