Looking for an allocation at MSRP

Yes, appreciate this is a long shot (and a typical post), but I'm wondering if anyone has an open allocation (anywhere in the country) at MSRP?

I'm looking to buy a MG, exec package, DCT with (ideally) Carplay. Currently have an M2 on order for week 10, however it's $5k over MSRP and then I'll have to pay around $1,500 for shipping.

I've already heard from a dealer in LA that has an allocation in March that's $2.5k over so that's better, but thought I'd leverage the power of the community to see if there might be anything better out there. I'm not desperate the get the car next month, but sometime before the end of summer would be super.

Cheers!

I'd be really surprised if you don't find one. GL.

Thanks Angry - I suspect I can get one at MSRP with a 12+ month wait time, but besides that I've only found one blue M2 in Florida that has an eye popping base MSRP of $63k.

Should be able to find one at MSRP at a dealer with an allocation. The big M dealers seem to be on both coasts and down South. Stay away from the North, we won the war, but "we ain't got any of those fancy cars up yonder!"

No way, there are definitely open allocations now if you're willing to ship, which you are. You might have to call around to find one but they're out there.

Last round BMW San Antonio had an open allocation, I think.

That is what I have been trying to do. Hoping to do PCD. I was trying to get a late Q1 allocation but looks like I may get a Q2 allocation. I have deposits down at 2 dealerships and have contacted over 30 dealers in the last several months. I was in contact two weeks ago with a dealership on the west coast that said they had a modifiable allocation and that they were checking on the Performance Center Delivery but now I can't get a response from anyone.

I haven't tried super hard, but here in Dallas and surrounding cities, they are telling me don't bother as it will be another year.

Yeah I'm in FTW and went to Florida for an allocation.

That being said, the list at Autobahn BMW in Ft Worth was moving quickly; likely since they don't require a deposit and a bunch flake out every qtr. I was #19 when I got on last August and would have had an allocation in December if I'd waited.

Looks like they've been getting 2-3 allocations/quarter. Dennis Buschbaum is a quality CA over there.

Thanks KBeesh, but not looking for a performance edition. Glad you posted as others might be interested though.
