I guess we will find out in a month or so.
Sounds like BS. As the people above said, it takes about a week to build the car and all in all 4 weeks from start of production to delivery at your dealer. And as late as your order was here is a zero chance of it being in production so soon.

In production line must been something else.

I think something has got lost in the translation.

When the dealer says 'building the car within 1,5 month' I think the dealer is referring to allocation - So a September allocation/build slot would mean 'delivery next year around week 24'.

That doesn't make sense either. What is it he will receive in September?

My car has a production date from early July, I'm guessing it got caught up in the diff issue at the factory or the PDI place so I'm a bit pissed about that also, could of had it sooner if it wasn't for the ceramic pro.

Other than that - meh, it's just another car in the garage However, once I get behind the wheel things should change

My status atm is 190. How long do you think it will take to get it to halmstad? and at halmstad it should not take more than five working days before it sets off to the dealer, right?

I think it will be on this ship which will arrive at halmstad the 29th.

I just drove by Novation in Uppsala to look at the M2 they have. What surprised me was that their M2 had Continental tires. When I asked them about it they said that the last two M2s has had Contis so I guess they have replaced the Michelin tires now....

My M2 has Michelin tyres and not Craptinentals, I wonder what the build dates are on those two cars.

What I heard is that the factory use Continental when they have issues to source the Michelin.
Same on M3 and M4

In reality, I doubt many of us will be able to tell the difference between the two tyre brands considering they'll only get *summer* use.
