Wow, I appreciate the info but that may have been the biggest fanboy "review" I've ever read. Excercise some restraint there man

Lost in the ~20.000€ price difference between the M2 and a similarly equipped M4.

I'm now officially tired of seeing a LBB M2. Can't wait for an AW M2 captured in the wild!

Wow. This car looks great. I'm a huge blue paint freak (especially BMW blues). I'm still a little irked about the weight compared to the M3 but I like the size and looks of this car so much better.

It's such a pain in the a$$ trying to get a Cayman GT4 that I may get the M2 instead.

Hmm...

If you can afford a GT4, then to hell with the M2. Having driven the GT4 myself, I'd go with that all day personally. Fantastic car, as is the M2 hopefully, but 2 completely different categories

Wow, thanks Adem1534 for posting your thoughts, video and pictures, looks absolutely stunning in LBB. Have to say, I've been on the fence about AW or LBB, and I think that's because I couldn't nail the colour down. Having seen the video and the pictures, the very fact that I can't nail the colour down is what's sold it to me - LBB it is! Plus, I'm not mad-keen on black wheels on white cars.

Feminine? Turquoise blue is the last color I would want but thanks for pointing out what women would like. Lol.

Yeah the problem is that I'm not a fan of paying over MSRP. I do like a good value and this M2 looks tons of fun and it's priced perfect.

Thanks for the pics and the video, love to see a 6 speed finally. Regarding the LBB I actually liked the Nikon pics better, the color is definitely special but I'll probably get AW. In terms of the price reading at the press release from bmwusa it seems that Navigation will be standard hence the price might be closer to the 52-53k range than the 48-49k that some of the members are suggesting. Either way great looking car looking forward for Spring 2016.

I'm having a hard time with the colours.
I have yet to see any pics where the colours look the same.
I have one picture on my laptop that looks OK, but on the connected monitor screen it looks awesome. Totally different colours.

That means that we could all see different colours when we look at our screens, even if we are looking at the same picture.

Therefor its impossible to know how it looks like in the flesh.

If the colour is something like what I see from the Nikon pics its a no brainer for me, but the pics from the cellphone I do not like. To much green.

Another thing, does anybody know if there is the same adjustments regarding gear change as with the M3/4 in the M2. The gearbox is the same, right?

If you're not in China, then I presume you can see the video. If pictures are worth a thousand words, the video is worth a zillion. It does this thing where it stitches ALL the pictures together so that you can see what it might look like in real life. If you want to get an idea of what the color is like, forget the pics and just watch the video. You can see exactly how the color changes in real life.

I'm heading back to BMW NA, I'll be there in an hour/hour and a half. I'm hoping the white one is there.
