Any idea what the optimal operating temperature is on these tires?

Any value in spraying them with water between autocross sessions? This is summer in Florida, too.

I ran last weekend on Super Sports and continued to bring pressures down throughout the day as the track warmed up. I ended up taking a lot of air out of the tires to keep at around 34* which really helped turn in and mid corner feel - think the sweet spot may be even lower.

Not ps4s intel but bringing pressures down from what you drove to the track at is a must. Also, hope this is obvious, but don't rely on info from tpms sensors.

I target 35/33 psi hot f/r for hpde, which means roughly 32/30 cold out of the pits. I'll do a tire pressure reset as I come out to make sure I can continue to keep DSC off.

Oh, is that how the tyre pressure monitoring system works?
I thought the reset was just to allow it to read the correct pressure.

It does exactly that, but you can also use it on track if you know your cold temps are below the threshold (usually sub 30 psi); it will take 4-5 mins to complete the reset, which will allow tire temps and pressures to come up. Word of caution; don't overdrive the tires while you wait for them to come in or you will roll the sidewalk and scrub a lot of the outer edge thread.
