Probably 20 hours of setup and shooting and then editing slowly over 3 months. I'd estimate 15-20 hours of going through the shots and editing, timing the music, color correction, etc.

Great job! PERFECT music choice - very atmospheric, creates mood but also blends nicely into the background so that it doesn't distract from the sound of the car or the visuals. Can't tell you how many YouTube vids I've turned off in the first 5 seconds because of some garage-quality club music with boosted low frequencies and vocals by someone thinking they're the next Smoky Robinson. Yours is a vid I can watch more than once.

Looking good but I have a few pointers...In some scenes, the exposure is on the background instead of the car, the BMW logo not being upside down when zooming in on the wheel etc.

Most cuts were in the "right" direction but if the car moves left to right in one scene it feels a lot better if the same motion is used in the next scene. Now it was some cuts that reversed the motion which screws with the flow in the video.

But as an overall video it is great and WAY better than what most people post so great job and two thumbs up!
