Which bump stops to use with camber plates and lowering springs?

Hey folks,

Got a set of GC camber plates and H&R lowering springs, and both come with different bump stops. Which ones should I use? I assume the springs?

Here are the ones that came with the camber plates (they were wrapped in the bubble wrap with the plates)

And here are the H&R ones, as well as a comparison shot.

I'd use the H&Rs. Bump stops should be chosen based upon the drop (free damper travel) and rate of the springs. That's determined by the springs themselves rather than the camber plates, unless the camber plates significantly alter the stack height.
