Goodbye M2 Hello :)

I'm not much for words.

Simply, one of the best cars I have ever driven.

Dude tell me about it lol, I was looking at the GT4 and the gt350r. But the issue is I really like tinkering with cars and there isn't alot to do to mod a gt4 besides a few bolt ons.

But overall damn I really like the GT4, so jelly of you OP.

Yeah I just like the way the g350r sounds and have heard good things about it on the track, haven't driven one yet so I can't comment on it.

But yeah the gt4 is nice!

Origin of the GT4 species.

Early February 2015 I had spec'ed one in GT Silver at a low profile time (thus before the GT4 craze kicked in). But I did not proceed (did not sign an order) as my wife disliked the idea of a 2-seater, when I told her what I was planning. One of my mountain friends later told her: "You should have let him get it - I know why."

Drive it in good health !

What's the point of posting a $100,000+ Porsche in a $60,000+ M2 forum?

Discovered quite a few haters since coming into ownership of this car.
Here is another one. Not even worth my time commenting further.

People will hate because they can't afford it, ignore them.

For me I love your GT4 and am happy for you! make sure you dont forget about us here on bimmerpost, and maybe update this thread if you get an exhaust, love those flat 6 exhaust notes.

I actually really like the idea of tall gearing, you can rev the crap out of 1st gear and likely 2nd before you break speed limits allowing you to be in high revs alot. You also get a better 0-60 time when you don't have to shift as much, and stop and go traffic is alot better since you don't have to shift out of first very often.

Then for the track it would be 1-2 for auto x, 3-4 for most tight tracks or spirited driving roads, then fifth would be for long straights.

I've loved these cars since day 1. Absolutely love the yellow accents and bits in the interior.
