It has stock settings now.
I did try to go over speed bumps yesterday and had no issues.

I don’t see any problem with your car rubbing. Adjust the height of the car and the issue will definitely be gone. Why worry so much?

The heat gun fixed it for the moment. I took the car through its paces on some curvy and bumpy back roads before that, loaded it, too. There were more places the tires were coming into contact with the plastic than I'd like to find. Both in the front, top and even the rear of the front wheel. Top of the rear wheel well, too.

I had to bend and even cut some of the plastic make it work. Things are packed rather tightly behind the front plastic liners. What's behind those bulges in the front section are the intercooler, radiator, headlight fixtures right next to where the bumper connects to the fender, and wiring. So if the wheel were to hit hard enough it's possible to cause damage. The last thing I'd want would be damaging a headlight on a spirited drive.

I was able to make some 5-8 mm more clearance where the wheels were hitting the plastic in the front. Some 3-4 mm in the rear. Will have a second look after a week or so. I may still have to raise the car later, or use a different tire.

The takeaway from the experience is Michelin PA4 in 245/35/19 + 265/35/19 sizes is not the tire to go with if lowered on MP coilovers (or any other coilovers that result in similar lowering).

Had mine on for a couple days now and love them! Nice subtle ride height drop and a much more planted feel in general.

Am considering doing this job myself, but the Top Hat strut nut connection is giving me second thoughts. Have watched some how to videos, and it still leaves me wondering how they torque it to right amount (whatever that is). Some even say to just use an air gun. I usually research the crap out of something I'm going to do so there are no surprises, but this leaves me second guessing.

TBH, I'm not sure mine are torqued properly, but I honestly don't care. If I start to hear clunking or other noises I'll revist the issue, but until then I'm fine.

Makes me wish someone would do a proper MPS tutorial for JUST THE M2, not "this shit should work for all BMW's from 1997 to...."

I installed the MPS suspension myself in my garage. I did it to a buddies M2c.

Maybe when I get the MPS Suspension for my M2c I will do a video.

Just fitted these on my 2020 M2C and pretty impressed with them, they are definitely firmer and busier on the roads but you definitely get more feel and more connection with the road.

What settings have people used on track? I'm on track in a few weeks and it'd be good to get some insight on settings so at least I have somewhere to start and can tweak from there.

Thanks - Jonny

I'm installing the MSS spring kit upgrade. The rear springs have 3 spring rates! Supposed to improve drive comfort substantially for just new springs. Probably only gonna lower the car 0.2" or so for minimal aesthetics improvement.

Will repost once installed 🤟🏻

Anyone measured the MPC spring perch clearance to tyre using oem et29 9" wheels and stock 245/35-19 or similar?

Would love to have this information to plan my new 10" wheels offset. I'm away from my car for the next two months.

Can you wipe the oil film off the shaft and take a closer look to see if it is pristine smooth like it should be?

It's the image. No marring on the shaft. No vice grips have been used on them at all.

Once I take them off I will try again to see if I can get them rebuilt. I already have a new set of AST coilovers coming to replace M performance coilovers.
Did you ever find someone to rebuild them?

M50 -,Best call KW uk tech services and discuss direct.

1st hand - my MPS had known issue with MPS rear damper lower bushes. I chatted to the folks at KW - bought V3 CS rear damper bushes from DRW - KW authorised retailer/repairer - as an upgrade from reg V3 bushes. Retrofitted and boom, my issues solved.

Just installed the MP coilovers and have drove about 200 miles over the weekend. I am loving them so far, but I am waiting to form an opinion until the coils settles and I get an alignment in a week or so.
