Very curious to see what it could be. Although once you get invoice and have the part number we can also look it up on the diagrams to see where it is exactly

Finally got the issue fixed. The part was 13908602280 Fuel Tank Breather Line.

Wow, never would have expected a noise like that to be related to a fuel tank breather valve. I'm guessing the valve being stuck closed would result in insufficient fuel pressure as the low pressure pump fought against the vacuum in the fuel tank, but that is still a weird sound.

Sorry for the confusion, it's just a line, not a valve. I edited my post.

The plastic fitting on the end was disintegrating, allowing air to leak out. The noise was some internal engine noise reverberating out of the leak.
