Picked up a Artic White M2C today.
So I am new to BMW ownership, picked up a AW DTC M2C today after debating on it for quite some time. Very happy with my decision, it is a wonderful driver's car. I have owned many sport cars over the years, I do HPDE events at least once a year, etc. A new BMW was a bucket list item for me really, I have driven many over the years but never owned one.
I have been trolling this forum for a few weeks, just checking out upgrades that I would consider, etc. I really like the BMW M carbon front lip and side skirts, perhaps the rear spoiler as well. Anyone that has installed these yourself? I am very much a DIY person, I have a lift and tools at my disposal and frankly prefer to do any work on my cars myself. Thank you in advance! Chris |

Most of the carbon bits are pretty simple DIY if you're handy.
Youll want a heat gun for removing the old spoiler though. Plenty of videos in YouTube for how to get it done. Last edited by detroitm2; 02-14-2019 at 08:25 AM.. |

Arctic white...alpine white...gold jacket...green jacket...who gives a shit?
Congrats - please post some pics when you can. I love AW (had it twice over the years) and it looks good on the M2/C.

The car has the orange stitch interior. So both would look great with it. I have not given up on the AW yet, I am thinking with carbon lip, side skirts, and spoiler/rear, it might just win me over. |

TN_M2C for a second I thought that was your garage. Congrats on the best colour choice.

Can't wait to see the pictures - tint and CF look so good on AW because of the contrast.
