WTB jack stand kit

Where's everyone buying a jack kit for their M2. I need one and want to see what you guys are using. Can't believe this car doesn't come with a darn jack

It's also worth noting I've never changed a tire in my life.

Doesn't come with a spare tire either so a jack wouldn't serve much purpose (from BMW's perspective). If I were to carry around a spare tire (which I will when I get mine), I'd get a simple scissor jack from Harbor Freight or the local Wal-Mart or whatever else has one that fits in the jack point nicely

That's my plan too. Having an extra wheel in the trunk. Thanks for the response

A friend of mine carries this kit in his M2. I think he originally purchased it for his Z4MC, but same jacking point style.

That’s the BMW p/n printed on the bag. Reminds me I need to order one as well...

Get a proper jack and a puck. I have a older one from harbor freight and just ordered this one from Amazon:

Liftmaster 3 Ton Heavy Duty Ultra Low Profile Steel Floor Jack with Quick Lift https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073WB6K7D..._fYGACb50W5MAG

Esco stands are what you want. You can get the car VERY high up and stable.

Why not just buy a BMW scissor jack that fits the jacking points off eBay? Anything from an E36 on will do, as the jacking point mouldings appear to be common.

Does anyone know the minimum operating height of the BMW jack? Would like to know if it would fit my car which is lowered.

That's the part number for just the bag; nothing's inside

Mate, it your car is lowered enough that the standard BMW scissor jack won't fit under the sills, important parts of the chassis are going to be rubbing tarmac.

Just saying...
